Dr. Jiyoung Ryu is the owner of Mediclear Skinlab in McLean, Virginia. She earned her medical degree from the Catholic University in Seoul and completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Montefiore Medical Center in New York. She then pursued fellowship training in Spine Intervention and Pain Management. Dr. Ryu is board-certified by the American Board of Obesity Medicine and maintains an active medical license in South Korea, where she has practiced in aesthetic clinics in Seoul for the past decade.
