Immediate Past President

John H. Won, MD, has served in various KAMA leadership roles for two decades, including as Chairman of the Board from 2018 to 2021 and as President in 2015, 2017 and 2024.

Dr. Won earned his undergraduate degree from Cornell University in 1987, a Master’s from Columbia University, and his MD from New York Medical College, where he also completed his general surgery and urology residency. He has practiced urology for over 21 years in the New York metropolitan area, serves as a clinical instructor at Weill Cornell Medicine, and is the medical director of JSMK Urology.
